BPI-34 BOD Incubator Perfect System

Ambassador® B.O.D. Incubator Eco-Friendly (Low Temperature Incubator) (HSN CODE-84198990). Perfect system with double-walled construction, featuring an inner chamber made of Stainless Steel 304 grade sheet and an outer body made of mild steel duly powder coated or stainless steel sheet. Specially designed wire mesh shelves are made of SS 304 grade. The gap between the walls is filled with PUF insulation for efficient temperature retention. An air-circulating fan is provided to maintain uniform temperature throughout the working chamber. The refrigeration system uses a CFC-free compressor with R134a eco-friendly refrigerant. The temperature range is from 5°C to 60°C with a controlling accuracy of ±0.5°C.
The unit is controlled through a dual-display PID microprocessor controller-cum-indicator. It is equipped with an automatic voltage stabilizer and a full-view toughened glass door. The incubator operates on 220/230 Volts AC. A traceability calibration certificate for the control system is also provided.

PLC controller (logger for communicating with HMI having dot Matrix Printer connectivity & PC connectivity both) with 21CFR compliance PC software with all the features related to the compliance e.g Audit trail report, User Master Creation etc with 1 lakh recording capacity can also provided at an extra cost.
  5. If temperature required 0°C to 60°C, extra Charges extra.
