BPI-20 Furnace High Temperature 1200°C

Ambassador® HIGH Temperature Furnace of 1200°C (HSN CODE – 85141000) Light weight with ceramic fibre wool insulation. The outer casing is made of double walled mild steel sheet duly powder coated. Heating elements are made of KANTHAL “A-1” wire in coil form placed in the ribs of the tiles, backed by cerawool insulation, which avoids loss of energy. Dual shell housing for low external or skin temperature for human safety and high stability. Two separate paths are provided. One for fresh air path backed by blower which is utilised for minimizing skin temperature and second for working area fumes. A viewing cap is also provided on the door. Temperature is controlled by PID microprocessor controller with dual display and safety alarm with an accuracy of ±1°C. To work on 220/230 volts or 400/440 volts A.C. 3 phase supply. Maximum temperature 1200°C, working temperature 1150°C.
